River Ridge CDD adopts FY2024/25 budget after scrivener corrections

The River Ridge Community Development District unanimously adopted the Fiscal Year 2024/25 budget on Aug. 27, 2024. District Manager Mr. Adams told the board that the version on the agenda included scrivener errors, including a street-sweeping description that was corrected before adoption.
Mrs. Adams opened the required public hearing and no affected property owners spoke. Mr. Pires asked whether any public emails had been received; Mrs. Adams said none had been received. On a motion by Kurt Blumenthal, seconded by Robert Twombly, the board approved Resolution 2024-07, "Relating to the Annual Appropriations and Adopting the Budget(s) for the Fiscal Year Beginning October 1, 2024, and Ending September 30, 2025," as amended. The budget covers the district’s operations for the coming fiscal year and authorizes budget amendments as needed.
