After finishing public business the board voted to enter an executive session to consult with legal counsel about pending legal questions related to property transactions and demolition review.
"Let me stop the recording," the chair said after the motion passed and gave instructions that the board would not make decisions while in executive session. The public portion of the meeting was adjourned at 8:04 p.m. and the board proceeded to meet with counsel in private.
The board indicated it would reconvene in public after legal consultation to continue follow-up work on outreach, deed review and salvage coordination.
