After questions about flooring, plaster walls and prior termite and water damage, a board member moved to send the standard authorization letter that allows the property team to proceed with demolition work subject to the board's salvage requests; the motion was seconded and the board voted in favor. Staff agreed to circulate the letter and to work with the board on salvage coordination and on-site monitoring by Acme Heritage Consultants LLC when deconstruction begins.
