Loami trustees accept treasurer’s report, approve minutes and unpaid bills

The Village of Loami Board on Dec. 10 accepted the November 2025 treasurer’s report and approved routine meeting business, including minutes from Nov. 13 and payment of unpaid bills.
Treasurer Brad Colantino told trustees the village had received over $23,000 year-to-date in interest income. Trustee Todd Lawson moved to accept the treasurer’s report; Trustee Billy Cohen seconded and a roll call vote recorded Branson, Cohen, Lawson, Mann and Schmideler as voting aye with zero nays, carrying the motion.
Clerk Carissa Grider presented the Nov. 13 minutes for approval. Trustee Billy Cohen moved to approve the minutes, Trustee Jay Branson seconded, and the board adopted the minutes by unanimous voice vote. Grider then presented unpaid bills; Trustee Lawson moved to approve them as presented, Trustee Courtney Schmideler seconded, and the motion passed by the same roll call tally as the treasurer’s report.
The board’s routine approvals leave no outstanding fiscal actions reported at the meeting; trustees set the next regular meeting for Jan. 8, 2026.
