Musale also outlined operational upgrades: ABCA will deploy a Salesforce-based records system in FY26 intended to make placards, settlement agreements, noise complaints and investigative histories directly searchable by the public (reducing FOIA requests). He discussed upcoming rulemakings and initiatives including the nightlife noise amendment, permanent streetery endorsement process, Class B retailer renewals and the transfer of games-of-skill licensing. The committee pressed ABCA for implementation timelines and for a breakdown of the 715 citations; Musale agreed to provide details to staff.
