During the financial review, the board heard that the district is about 83% through the fiscal year with total revenues at 101.68% and total expenditures at 82.77%. Fund-level details supplied to trustees included Education (101.53% revenues/81.23% expenditures), Operation & Maintenance (126.35%/87.97%), and Debt (100.89%/100%). "A motion by Lawless and seconded by Cooper to approve the consent agenda," which included the disbursements, was recorded and passed on a 7-0 roll call. The motion to approve the financial report was moved by Chambers and seconded by Freitag and also passed 7-0.
The board recorded no fund transfers for the month. Trustees did not request additional line-item transfers during the meeting; questions from members were limited and no amendments were proposed. The board adjourned routine finance business with direction to continue standard monitoring of revenues and expenditures into the next reporting period.
