Commissioner Dokun confirmed the intended use as a combined daycare and preschool; Commissioner Arens requested a spelling correction for 'Coralville' on the plat, and Jon Marner with MMS said the spelling would be corrected.
The motion to recommend approval was moved by Dokun and seconded by Holderness and carried 5-0. The transcript does not record a development timetable, operator name, or funding sources for the childcare center.
