Kathy Galluzzo updated the Selectboard on the Recreation Committee’s plans for the summer season, including a potential blow-up movie screen and projector for field movie nights, several tournaments, fall ball, and a summer league.
Galluzzo said monthly breakfasts continue to perform well, "raising over $1,000 a month," and noted the cook shack can now accept credit and debit cards. She said the ice rink had been a successful winter program and that the committee is exploring playground updates. Memorial Day plans include cow pie bingo, a bounce house and ice cream at the fairgrounds.
The board welcomed the update and asked staff to communicate logistical needs as events approach.
