Title 25, § 307(B)(1)) to discuss the purchase or appraisal of real property and personnel matters including employment, hiring, promotion, disciplining, negotiations or resignation of any salaried public officer or employee. Board members recorded Greg Rice as absent for that specific vote; others voted in favor.
