Tannehill board holds executive session on personnel; returns with no votes

The Tannehill Board voted to convene an executive session at 5:51 p.m. under Title 25, Chapter 8 Section 307 O.S. § B.1. for the purpose of accepting resignations, hiring for open positions, and discussing personnel matters. The motion to enter executive session was made by Dave Cuenod and seconded by Freeburg and was approved 3-0.

The board returned from executive session at 6:20 p.m. President Dave Cuenod announced that nothing other than the agenda item was discussed and that no vote was taken. The minutes state that the Board and Superintendent Booth were present in executive session until 6:10 p.m., at which time the Board called Principal Ross-Shropshire into the session. No personnel actions or hires are recorded in the public minutes; the transcript documents only that the session occurred and that the public announcement regarding compliance with the executive session statute was made.
