Tim Bullard requested changes to the social-media policy and the board deferred final approval until member Clayton can be present. Melissa Whitcomb proposed aligning the town time-off calendar to a July 1–June 30 fiscal year to match budgeting cycles and is seeking direction on correcting an overspent liability account; the board deferred final decisions until Clayton's attendance.
No new fiscal decisions were adopted at the meeting; the items will return for board action after additional information and attendance by absent members.
