Council flags need for tandem-axle dump truck and updates DPW facility timeline

He added the village is reviewing DPW equipment bond language with legal counsel to determine whether it can appear on the November ballot or must wait until May, and said the council will set the millage rate if the bond proceeds to a ballot question.
