Council approves consent agenda, event permits and public-works items

Separately under new business the council approved two event applications: Brunswick Eagles Bike Night with a recommended $900 fee to cover police security, which passed on a motion by Eric Smothers and second from Jerry Bonanno; and ARBOCO LLC's Downtown Drinks event, approved with no fee on a motion by Brian Sandusky and second from Daniel Yochelson. Both event approvals passed 6-0.
