Mayor Nathan Brown opened the City of Brunswick meeting at 6:00 P.M. and announced that the Mayor and Council would hold a closed session following the open meeting "to discuss personnel issues in accordance with the Maryland Open Meetings Act, State Government Article, Section 3-305."
