Tannehill board accepts fund balances totaling $659,518.60 across General, Building, Sinking and Activity funds

The Tannehill Public School board reviewed and approved four district fund balances at its Sept. 16 meeting. The General Fund balance of $438,242.43 was approved with purchase orders #73-88 and Warrants #41-163; the Building Fund balance of $140,101.47 was approved with PO's #27-30 and Warrants #11-24; the Sinking Fund balance of $64,596.73 was approved with no POs or warrants; and the Activity Fund balance of $16,578.97 was approved with PO's #1-6 and checks #1-6. Each motion was made by Dave Cuenod and carried unanimously 3-0.
The business office, represented in the minutes by the superintendent and board clerk, presented the records and procurement lists for board review. These approvals carry standard authorization to maintain financial records and processing for the district; no exceptions or disapprovals were recorded in the minutes.
