Tannehill board approves prior minutes, fund balances and budget estimate; tables intercom quote

The Tannehill Public School board approved a series of routine motions at its Sept. 16, 2025 regular meeting, including the previous meeting minutes and balances for the General, Building, Sinking and Activity funds. Board members Dave Cuenod, William Freeburg and David Perry voted unanimously on each item.
Key formal actions recorded in the minutes include approval of the Aug. 19, 2025 minutes (motion by Cuenod, second by Perry), acceptance of the General Fund balance of $438,242.43 with PO numbers 73-88 and Warrants 41-163, approval of a Building Fund balance of $140,101.47 with PO numbers 27-30 and Warrants 11-24, a Sinking Fund balance of $64,596.73 (no POs or warrants), and an Activity Fund balance of $16,578.97 with PO numbers 1-6 and checks 1-6. The board also approved the district's Estimate of Needs for FY26 and later voted to table a quoted intercom upgrade; every recorded motion in the minutes carried 3-0.
