Board accepts December treasurer’s report, approves minutes and unpaid bills

Treasurer Brad Colantino presented the December 2025 treasurer’s report and said the village received more than $5,000 in interest income for the month. Trustee Todd Lawson moved to accept the treasurer’s report; Trustee Billy Cohen seconded. The board voted with Cohen, Lawson, Mann, Schmideler and Stark recorded as Aye; the motion carried.
Clerk Carissa Grider presented minutes from the Dec. 10, 2025 special board meeting for approval. Trustee Lawson moved to approve the minutes; Trustee Stark seconded. The motion passed with all members in favor. Grider then presented unpaid bills; Trustee Lawson moved to approve the unpaid bills as presented and Trustee Rose Mann seconded. A roll-call vote recorded all Ayes and the motion carried.
