Loami board approves August treasurer’s report, minutes and unpaid bills

At the Sept. 11 meeting Treasurer Brad Colantino presented the August 2025 treasurer’s report; Trustee Todd Lawson moved to accept the report and Trustee Billy Cohen seconded. The board approved the report on a roll-call vote (Cohen — Aye; Lawson — Aye; Mann — Aye; Schmideler — Aye; Stark — Aye).
Clerk Carissa Grider presented minutes from the Aug. 14 regular meeting and the Aug. 17 special meeting. The board approved both sets after motions and seconds. Grider then presented unpaid bills; Trustee Lawson moved to approve payments and Trustee Cohen seconded. The clerk recorded the vote as unanimous in favor on those motions.
