At the Feb. 9 meeting, Chair Langford Davidson presented a draft Town Plan survey created on Google Forms and the commission reviewed and edited many of the survey questions.
"Langford moved to work with PC members to finish this up and get ready for Town Meeting Day," the minutes state. Freddie Graves seconded the motion and the commission approved it.
Commission members said time ran short during the meeting and agreed to complete the remaining edits outside the meeting so the survey can be finalized in advance of Town Meeting Day. The motion passed without recorded opposition.
The commission’s action sends the draft to commissioners for completion; the minutes list the next tentative meeting as March 9, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. at the Fayston Town Offices for follow-up work if additional discussion is needed.
