Price County committee approves special exception permit for Pine Road home

The Price County Land Use Committee on Feb. 19 approved a Special Exception Permit filed by Mark Thomas to build a home 30 feet to the centerline of Pine Road on property in part of Government Lot 1, Section 22, Town of Elk (N8486 Pine Road).
The public hearing opened at 9:01 a.m.; no letters or public comment were received. Chair Alan Barkstrom presided and the committee approved the permit on a motion by Robert Kopisch, seconded by Michelle Drobnik. The minutes state simply: “Motion Kopisch/Drobnik to approve the Special Exception Permit filed by Mark Thomas for the purpose of building a home 30’ to the centerline of Pine Road. Motion carried.”
