Resident urges update on delayed septic permit; solicitor and staff pledge follow‑up

Solicitor Scott Hulbert and staff responded on the record, saying they are meeting on the matter this month and will finish the necessary legal aspects and follow up with the applicant’s attorney. "Since September, we've been waiting for guidance or response from the township, and we understand that the township has responsibilities, but the delay has made it challenging for us for our next steps," Black said; solicitor Scott Hulbert replied, "We're meeting about it this month. I think we have it. We gotta just finish out the old legal aspects of what they would have to theoretically do."
