The board identified insulating water pipes, a new AC unit, and a new refrigerator as initial uses for the grant and directed staff to seek pricing.
Separately, the minutes record that the town received a structures grant for engineering on the Mary Deuso Bridge and an MRGP grant for culvert and ditching work on Blakeville Road. Tim Bullard signed final approval for an ANC Greeter grant. These actions position the town to begin engineering and site work on bridges and drainage projects.
