Neighbors asked whether a container would become a permanent fixture; one resident warned that a 'temporary' container can remain with future owners. Councilors weighed aesthetics and precedent but concluded that storing items inside a container is preferable to leaving debris exposed. A motion to approve the building permit for 821 Willard (26-04) was moved, seconded and carried.
