Kelly Palmer, senior account manager, said employees should have received a welcome email and can also register directly on the site using Social Security as the employee ID if they did not receive email; the app is available on Google Play and the Apple App Store and will accept claims beginning Aug. 1.
Palmer described account settings for adding a payment method and enabling auto‑deposit so reimbursements arrive in 2–3 days by direct deposit instead of by check. "Our phone line is open from 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday," Palmer said, and callers are routed to a live person; she also noted call‑center authorized users can be added so dependents can check balances and call for help.
