Fayston Selectboard approves prior minutes, enters and exits executive session; adjourns

During the Dec. 9 meeting the Fayston Selectboard approved minutes for four prior meetings by unanimous voice votes after motions and seconds. Recorded motions and seconds: Oct. 28 special meeting (moved by Chuck Martel, seconded by Ron Graves); Nov. 18 budget meeting (moved by Chuck Martel, seconded by Ron Graves); Nov. 25 meeting (moved by Michael Jordan, seconded by Chuck Martel); Dec. 2 budget meeting (moved by Chuck Martel, seconded by Ron Graves).
Later in the meeting the board voted to enter executive session at 7:50 p.m. "to discuss a legal issue." The board exited executive session at 8:10 p.m. and recorded that "No action taken at this time." A motion to adjourn followed and the meeting was closed. All recorded votes in the minutes were unanimous.
