Trustee Bell moved to adopt the calendar, saying, "I'd like to move that we accept the draft budget calendar for 2025 as presented." The motion was seconded and approved by voice vote. Trustees discussed that state deadlines and pending audit results often shift final numbers and described the calendar as providing time to refine the draft rather than finalize it in October.
