A board member moved to approve the July 23 minutes; the Chair seconded and the motion carried by voice vote. “If there are none, I move to approve the minutes,” the board member said during the call for corrections. The board recorded no opposition.
The Chair reported total accounts payable for July 31 of $317,524.94; a board member moved to approve those claims and the Chair seconded. The motion carried. The board also approved pension payments totaling $247,193.38 after a separate motion and second. No further discussion was recorded.
