Records management push: 37 destruction logs approved and nearly 79,000 files destroyed

Mays reported that from May 2025 to the current date the program reviewed 37 destruction logs and approved the deletion of 78,930 files as part of a push to reduce unnecessary holdings and improve response times. "From May 2025 to current, we have reviewed 37 destruction logs and have they've been approved," she said.
