Samina Mays said the program has built a centralized public‑records wiki on SharePoint as a single source of guidance for staff, and that each division has a designated records coordinator to oversee retention and destruction schedules. The team held a records-and-information-management fair and plans additional cross‑division training.
Mays reported that from May 2025 to the current date the program reviewed 37 destruction logs and approved the deletion of 78,930 files as part of a push to reduce unnecessary holdings and improve response times. "From May 2025 to current, we have reviewed 37 destruction logs and have they've been approved," she said.
