The addendum was moved by Mrs. Kiley, seconded by Mr. Grant, and approved by unanimous roll call.
The action follows a public presentation by Ms. Helewa earlier in the evening; the board did not record any dissent on the addendum vote. The contract amount was listed on the addendum as “not to exceed $14,000.”
