The board approved the motion by voice vote.
Board members emphasized cooperation with the auditors and agreed multiple signatories would provide documentation. The Clerk said the town would provide requested documents ahead of the visit. No dissenting votes were recorded on the motion to sign, which the Chair called and certified by an aye vote.
