Fayston Planning Commission divides Town Plan review tasks, plans member presentations

During its Dec. 8, 2025 meeting the Fayston Planning Commission reviewed goals and objectives from at least chapters 3 and 5 of the 2020 Town Plan and decided to split the review work among members. The minutes record that after discussion the Commission agreed “to break up some tasks” so that each member would prepare and deliver a presentation on their assigned task at the next Planning Commission meeting.
The Commission did not record specific assignments or presentation dates in the minutes; it noted only that discussion would resume at the next meeting. The minutes do not list public comments on the Town Plan item. The Town Plan work will inform when and how the Commission revisits related items, including the Selectboard-recommended by‑law amendments that were tabled during the same meeting (SEG 005).
