Councilmember David Erickson moved to approve Resolution 2026‑23; Vice Chair Kathryn Beus seconded and the motion passed with a recorded Aye vote by council members present. Council discussion noted that including an elected official on the Airport Authority Board deviated from consultant recommendations and would be monitored during implementation.
