Mayor: new Lynwood grocery store near opening; board hears other business interest

Blakey also noted a recent car-wash grand opening and said he was encouraged by inquiries about economic development. The board listed several upcoming community events tied to civic engagement and outreach, including a village-hosted shred event on Oct. 26 and a Town Hall on Nov. 6 at Lencioni’s. No formal incentives, agreements or dates for grocery-store employment were discussed at the meeting.
