"She just asked that last year, there were picking tables from the DPW that got put on her property... and she asked them not to do it," Megan said during citizen comment, identifying the vendor as Laura Hankins. Commissioners replied that tables are typically placed by the porta‑potties so attendees have a place to sit and that they would record the request for this year’s placement.
Commission members asked staff to note the specific location and contact the DPW before the fair. The commission did not take a formal vote on the request; staff follow-up was the stated next step.
