The boards agreed to clarify who will perform snow removal and front-walk clearing on days the library is open and to revisit parking signage for patrons during busy pick-up and drop-off times.
No formal reassignment of duties occurred; the groups agreed to follow up through joint communications and by checking existing cleaning-service contracts.
