Items on the consent agenda included payroll and vendor manifests; a sewer abatement for Despres & Associates (#2026-37) in the amount of $384.38; solar exemptions for Ron and Colleen Framarin and St. Patrick's Parish; a $500 veteran's tax credit listed as G.N.; a land-use-change tax payment of $11,000 for Walker Deschenes and Courtney Emond; and a Town Tax Collector's first-issue supplemental property tax warrant that included PSNH Distribution & Transmission for $162,783.00.
The board also approved raffle requests for the United Church of Jaffrey (Hannaford gift cards, Oct. 22, 2026) and the Daughters of the American Revolution (three senior scholarships, Dec. 17, 2026), and recorded cemetery-deed transactions totaling multiple small payments (for example, a $450 cutter extension for James Georgopoulos and $1,800 for John Keller covering multiple lots). The board accepted a framed reproduction of the historic "Dunlap Broadside," donated by Gambrill Wagner, which will be displayed at the Jaffrey Meetinghouse; Selectman Franklin W.
