Select Board receives petition to lay out Melville Circle as public road for Keene Housing funding

Selectman Franklin W. Sterling, Jr. announced he would recuse himself from any motions or votes related to the petition because of his involvement as the project's real-estate agent. On a motion by Selectman Andrew Lawn, seconded by Chairman Charles Turcotte, the board formally received the petition (approved 2-0 with Sterling recused) and scheduled a site walk and continuation of the hearing on August 19 at 5:00 p.m.
