The motion specifies that Hauser will undergo training with Kim Seymour and, if possible, receive guidance from Mrs. Crandall, the current collector who is resigning at month’s end. The minutes state Hauser will notify the town of her decision to accept the appointment by the end of the month. The board did not record further procedural conditions in the minutes.
