Commission tables Eagle Mountain Chapel and related site-plan items

Planning staff recommended tabling two site-plan agenda items (7B and 7C) for the Eagle Mountain Chapel and Recreation Building because the development agreement and site plans were incomplete. Chair and staff noted the developers indicated they were not ready and that the two items should be considered together.
The commission voted to table item 7B after a motion by the chair and a second; the voice vote carried 4–0. A separate motion to table 7C likewise passed 4–0. Staff said no specific date was required when tabling the items and that the applications will return when the applicants have the development agreement and site plans prepared.
