Committee to refresh Tinmouth operator's manual and put it online

The Equity and Inclusion Committee discussed resuming work on the Tinmouth operator's manual, which needs phone-number and contact updates and a fresh review of historical material.
The chair said she emailed Todd, who had previously worked on the manual and offered to help again, and noted Logan Birdsall (a former committee member) previously maintained files but no longer lives in town. "I did just put that initial contact out there again just to kinda remind and see where we're at," the chair said. Members volunteered to divide sections, check phone numbers and convert the document to a digital, regularly updated version.
One member offered to help by checking phone numbers and other contact details; another noted they can help but have device limitations (working from phone/tablet). The committee discussed sending sections to relevant entities for review, collecting updated information and then providing an editor a compiled final draft prior to printing.
Next steps: chair to follow up with Todd, committee members to be assigned sections for review, and staff to create and host a living digital version of the operator's manual.
