The meeting adjourned by unanimous motion at 8:55 p.m.
These procedural votes set the town’s calendar for the subdivision hearing and carry standard follow‑up tasks: notice to abutters, publication of the legal warning in the Addison Independent and, if the subdivision is approved, town attorney review of deed language at the landowner(s)’ expense.
