Commission continues Town Plan survey work; Robin to reformat Gale's draft

Commissioner Gale Hurd presented a revised draft survey intended to accompany the Town Plan update and reported incoming questions from the Conservation Commission and other stakeholders. Gale said she had difficulty connecting with one contact but that the Conservation Commission’s questions are now arriving.
Robin Foster Cole agreed to reformat the survey to help move the process forward. Gale said she would email Brenda about the mailing and about using the Weybridge Hill sketch for the survey cover. Jeff Olson emphasized the importance of staying on task and maintaining momentum on the Plan revision: “it was important to keep on task and not lose momentum.”
Further Town Plan discussions (agenda items 6 and 7) were postponed to the next meeting; no formal action was taken on the Plan at the April 14 session. The survey and revised draft will be carried forward for revision and broader community input ahead of subsequent hearings.
