Perrier Road bridge to close for wing-wall work; highway staff report maintenance progress

Staff said they had borrowed two chippers and undertaken brush-cutting and light maintenance while responding to equipment issues such as a failed compressor regulator, which was addressed with an automatic drain valve purchase to reduce future damage.
Board members also discussed ongoing monitoring of a recurring slide on Morgan Horse Farm Road; core drilling will be done to determine scope and cost and members acknowledged grant funding may be needed to pay for extensive repairs. Staff committed to present cost estimates and any maintenance/service contracts at the next meeting.
