Chair said the policy was primarily to document existing practice and asked for a motion to adopt it. "So this is basically when we, share equipment with another town," the Chair said while introducing the item. A member moved to adopt the policy and the board approved the motion unanimously. The board did not set any additional changes at the meeting and recorded that the policy must be adopted annually going forward.
