Chair Don Schwenker presided; Supervisors Mike Steines and Nin Flagel supported the motions, and Auditor Alisa Smith was present to certify the record.
No members of the public spoke for or against the amendment during the hearing. Supervisor Mike Steines moved and Supervisor Nin Flagel seconded the motion to close the hearing and to approve the resolution "for the Amendment to the County Budget for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 and authorize the Chair and Auditor signatures on the Record of Hearing and certify to the State of Iowa as recorded in Resolution Book 5, page 373," which carried with aye votes from Schwenker, Steines and Flagel. The resolution will be filed in the county’s official records as noted in Resolution Book 5.
