Committee member (Speaker 7) explained the action as a courtesy to the applicant and the Vermont Land Trust and indicated the board would confirm minor procedural phrasing before signing.
The board asked that the memo be placed on letterhead and that planning commission input be appended prior to issuance. Staff agreed to circulate the final draft for signature before the next print date.
