Owner of Daymon Circle lots given 30 days to remove trespassers, clear property

Richard Bringenberg moved to grant the owner 30 days to have trespassers removed and to clear the lot; Tom Isham seconded and “none were opposed,” the board recorded. Philip Burnett told the board he had served the notice at the meeting. The action carries a recheck at the board’s next meeting unless further evidence of compliance is presented.
