The motion was moved by Commissioner Aaron Trevino and seconded by Commissioner Rolando Gutierrez and passed unanimously.
The collaboration is intended to supplement county road-repair efforts using funds already transferred; the court recorded the approval and directed staff to proceed with the agreed-upon repairs and coordination with property owners.
