Resident: TDEM badges available at fire station; another speaker urges road funding

Armando Gonzalez welcomed the commissioners and urged attention to road issues, saying the county must allocate funding if it wants improved road conditions.
Neither public commenter proposed formal action on the agenda; their remarks were entered into the record for the court's consideration.
