Clerk-Treasurer Tina Davidson told the council she is working on the payroll budget and will present it at the next meeting when Dwayne is present. The Planning Commission announced a Sept. 25 meeting to consider a Conditional Use Permit. These procedural items were presented without debate.
In council communications, Mayor Pro-Tem Lori Loseth said she will attend the MPO meeting for the mayor due to his work schedule. Council member Craig Stein raised a question about responsibility for a trip on a sidewalk in the Appleford addition; Clerk Davidson said the homeowner is responsible and that she will investigate and report back. No formal direction or votes were taken on these items during the Sept. 8 meeting.
